Our purpose
At Healing Hug, we’re here to bring comfort, hope, and support to children, patients, nurses, and doctors when they need it most. Based in Austin, Texas, our nonprofit spreads kindness through simple small baskets with heartfelt gifts like cards, storybooks, blankets and teddy bears—small tokens that make a big difference. We also help families by raising funds to ease the burden of hospital bills, so that parents can focus on their child’s healing. As we grow, our mission is reaching beyond borders, now expanding into two new countries to share love and support around the world.
